Quick and Easy homemade donuts by Miho Kanai - GazeFeed

Craving for your delicious donuts this quarantine? Cannot go outside due to lockdown? Worry no more because today, Miho Kanai got your back with her quick and easy homemade donuts! 

What are the Ingredients?

1 cup warm milk (I use evaporated milk)
2 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoon melted butter
2 teaspoon yeast
3 cups All-purpose flour
1 Whole Egg
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoon powdered-milk (optional)
1/4 Teaspoon bread improver (optional)
Oil (to deep fry)
Simple Glaze 
Powdered sugar and water only 

(Your choice, you can do milk only if you don't like to add water.)

1. At lower heat, warm the milk. (Not boiled)
2. Mixed the following: Warm milk, melted butter, sugar, and yeast.
3. Let them rest for at least 5 mins until the mixture blooms. 
4. Then add your dry mixture to the bowl. 
5. Add your one egg. 
6. Then mix it, (you can use electric mixer or manual mixer) until you achieve the smooth texture. 
7. Then let the dough rest for about 1 hour to 1 and half hour, depends on your side. 
8. Get your mixture and flatten the dough.
9. Using doughnut cutter, cut your doughnut into desired shape. 
10. Rest the mixture again for about 30 minutes. Then ready your oil and make sure it's hot. 
11. Start the frying session. Fry your donuts until achieved the golden brown color. 

Simple Glaze making:

You just need two ingredients: powdered sugar & water. Mix the two ingredients and just estimate the amount of water you add to the powdered sugar, running water texture or more thick. (It's what you want.)
