Jorel Castaños, shared his experience on how he survived anxiety and depression! 

Amidst pandemic, we are not allowed to go outside our houses to avoid infection. We are all stuck in our home as our government advise and following the guidelines and protocols. 

Admit it or not, we are all now stressed and worried about our businesses being affected by the pandemic. In short, our source of income is really affected by the CoVID19 pandemic. 

Jorel, in his public post, he shared to the netizens his experience on what are the signs of depression and anxiety.

"Nahihirapan huminga. kinakapos, nag papalpitate na den ako. Feeling ko may nakabara sa lalamunan ko.
Madalas na den sumasakit ulo ko at nahihilo. Namamanhid na den katawan ko pag inaatake na ako. Hndi ako makatulog kasi natatakot ako.
Kung ano ano na pumapasok sa isip ko baka covid na toh. Kasi kung san san den ako nakakarating. Wala eh matigas talaga ulo ko.

Ewan ko ganun ata ako eh masyado akong advance mag isip sa mga bagay. Nag sabay sabay pa ung mga bayarin at problema sa bahay. Lahat na ata ng problema nagiging triple para saken masyado kong dinadamdam.

At unti unti na den ng yayare saken. Wla ng exercise puro kaen tulog na lng ewan ko pero feeling ko tamad na tamad ako. Halo halong emosyon, halo halong problema.

Dami ko ng ospital na napuntahan, nag pa laboratory ako ng ihe, dugo nag patingin na den ako sa neurologist kasi madalas na talaga pag sakit ng ulo at pag ka hilo ko.

Wala na ngang pera puro gastos pa. Laking perwisyo. Pati mga kamag anak, tropa ko naperwisyo ko na. Pero sa awa ng diyos sa lahat ng laboratory test na ginawa saken sa awa ng diyos hndi toh covid. WALA AKONG COVID.

Anxiety and depression, at Gerd/Acid reflux

Wala ngang covid anxiety naman. Kaya iwasan naten magpaka stress. Tanggapin ang nangyayari at gumawa na lng ng solusyon.

Kung patuloy tayong magagalit at isisise ang mga bagay kung kani kanino, walang mangyayari madadagdagan lng ang tension mo. Bababa ang immune system mo, magkaka sakit ka pa. Sabi nga nila HEALTH IS WEALTH alagaan naten sarili naten.

Wag den makalimot sa taas ☝️😇. Eto ung time para mas lakasan ung faith naten.

TANDAAN: Patayin mo ang tension sa sarili mo bago ang tension ang pumatay sayo!
