Wuhan: 11 million residents wants to be tested amid fears of the second wave of COVID-19 - GazeFeed


As what we can remember, in April 8, China was announced as COVID-free. In which, the restrictions and establishments were slowly getting back normal. Wuhan, China are now conducting mass-testing throughout the city due to fear of occurrence of the said virus in second-wave. 

The government of China is aiming to finish the mass-testing procedure within 10 days. 

China and other countries are now also preparing and fearing the second-wave of COVID. While the authorities of different sectors of the governments in different countries also keep on reminding its people to stay at their homes and practice preventive practices to avoid being infected. Just like, wearing face-mask when you are in the public, social distancing, proper etiquette of sneezing and coughing, and staying at your homes.


Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) has continually been warning all of the countries to keep their alert level "at the highest point of alert" emphasizing that the plans to lift up the restrictions should be done in a "phased and gradual" manner.
