Macbook of passenger's damaged after the person in front reclined seat - GazeFeed

Imagine enjoying your "me-time" in a flight and then suddenly the person in front of you unexpectedly reclined his seat? It's fine if your face was just the only one being hurt but in this case, it's actually an awful gadget that has been damaged!

The daily news podcast host in Hard Factor News, Pat Cassidy is working busy on his MacBook during his flight. An irresponsible person in front of him recklessly reclined his seat and destroyed Pat's MacBook!

According to Pat on his Twitter post, he said:

@Delta small note for the suggestion box, maybe have a little warning sign or someway to prevent my laptop from being destroyed when the person in front of me reclines their seat.

And the situation even made worse after the flight attendant didn't even care about what just happened to Pat's MacBook!

Pat, added:

@delta Also, this one is more of a critique than a suggestion. I really appreciate that your flight attendant came over to tell me that the passenger in front of me “needs to be able to recline” and then asked him “if he was okay?” as if your seat hadn’t just ruined my livelihood

On the other hand, Chief Marketing Officer Jud Mackrill also had the same experience with the same airline! His MacBook was also damage because the person in front of him immediately reclined his seat while Jud's working at the back. Fortunately, he had good experience with the customer service of the Apple and iCenter took his concern seriously and the broken MacBook was taken care by Apple Care.
