What are the Ingredients?




3 pounds of chicken breasts, sliced to your desired size
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons ginger, left over
1 head of garlic, minced
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tablespoons patis
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups of water
2 cups raw papaya, sliced square

How is the process of cooking?

1. Boil the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, Saute ginger, garlic and onion for 1 minute.
2. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Season with salt and salt.
3. Add water. Boil it on low heat and let it boil for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender
4. Add the papaya, cook for 5 minutes or until the papaya is tender
5. Cover the casserole and remove from the fire.
6. Serve your delicious "Tinolang Manok" with your family and enjoy!
