Filipino Food "Adobong Pusit" - GazeFeed

Adobong Pusit is popular in the Philippines for the reason that it really tastes good. Especially when you partnered this dish with a very hot and freshly cooked rice and put a sauce on the topped of your hot-rice. Amazingly. the preparation of this dish is so easy and that's why we are here to teach you guys. GazeFeed is always here to give you ideas in preparing your delicious foods in a daily basis. 

What are Ingredients?  

3 tablespoons of cooking oil (You can optionally add one more tablespoon of oil if you want, it depends on your preference) 

4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)

1 White of Onion (Finely-chopped)

1 Kilogram of Squid [Pusit] (Sliced with squid ink set-aside)

2 Tablespoons of Soy-sauce

4 Tablespoons of Vinegar

Add a little bit of salt to taste



How is the process of cooking?

1. Put oil in your casserole and together with garlic and onions, fry them all.
2. You can now start to put the one kilogram of Squid or Pusit in the casserole and let it cook for about 5 minutes. 
3. Add vinegar and soy-sauce together with salt. 
4. Patis can also be added but it is only optional. When you add patis, please don't add salt anymore. Patis and soy-sauce will do the taste if you consider this option. 
5. Let it heat for up to 2 minutes and serve it hot!
